What types of services to you offer?
D&F Forklift Service has been providing preventative maintenance and repairs to all brands of material handling equipment such as propane and electric forklifts, palletjacks, scissorlifts since 1989. In addition to repairs and maintenance, we also have a large fleet or LPG and electric forklifts available for rent at outstanding prices. We provide towing services for material handling machinery as well. We have also proudly offered Forklift Operator Safety Training and Certification since 2006, working with companies throughout the Greater Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire to help them be compliant with regulations by local and federal agencies regarding use of powdered industrial trucks (PITs), aka "forklifts." Do you charge for service calls?
NO! Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge for service calls, and are glad to provide free written estimates for all work. We can provide estimates verbally on site, and can either fax or email written estimates to you within hours!
If I have a big repair issue, can you provide me with a loaner forklift for my use to minimize my downtime?
In business "Time is money." We understand how vital forklifts are to our clients’ organizations. As a result, we offer free loaner forklifts for your use when your forklift is going to be down for several days and/or requires work in our workshop. The only charge on the loaner is the towing transportation. Call for more details!
How long does it take to get a technician out for a repair issue?
In most instances, our response time is within 24 hours of the original call to request service. We do our best to attend to our clients needs as soon as possible because we appreciate the speed of business here in Southern California. Most of our clients are repeat customers, so we focus on being there when we are needed to keep our customers/ business running smoothly.
